Your first resource will be the documentation for the web-based control panel, cPanel docs. You can login to your control panel by using the form on the left.

Control Panel:

If you cannot use our login form, you can access your cPanel at:
http://yourdomain.com:2082/
Your browser will prompt you for your username and password.

Mail:

IMAP4/POP3/SMTP should be set to:
mail.yourdomain.com
you can also use your ISP's SMTP server to send mail. To use SMTP on your domain you need an email client that supports SMTP authentication (e.g. Outlook Express, Thunderbird, or Eudora)

Your username will be your login name followed by a seperator (+ or %) and the domain name of your site:
you%yourdomain.com

You can access your mail via the web-based interface at:
http://yourdomain.com:2095/horde/
Login with your complete email address and password.

FTP:

Use ftp.yourdomain.com and login with your normal account login/password. Addon ftp accounts will use the login information detailed in cPanel after they are setup.
If your account supports subdomains you can create a user with the same name that will be restricted to that directory.

cPanel provides a FileManager that you can use to do quick edits on your site as well.
